The Van Buren Regional Genealogical Society and the Van Buren District Library are working together to create a central archives of Southwest Michigan yearbooks and annuals. Currently, there are about 1,300 unique volumes. Being sought are single copies of any yearbook/annual from any educational institution that has been or is in existence in the Michigan counties of Allegan, Berrien, Cass, St. Joseph, Kalamazoo and Van Buren. Included are all towns/villages at all levels of education from elementary through college and also includes trade schools.
